If you have lost your PAN and you do not know the PAN then you will have to contact your Local Assessing Officer of Income Tax Department. But if you know your PAN then you can easily get it reprint by NSDL or UTIITSL.

If you lost your PAN then you need not to worry about it. You can request of Reprint of PAN Card or e-PAN and get a new one accordingly.
